How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place the order on the website, you will see a confirmation message on the site. You will also see your order status when you go to your account on our website. Additionally, there will also be a confirmation email sent from our end to you.

How do I know if my payment has gone through?

If your payment is successful, you will get a confirmation email from our end.

My payment was rejected but the amount has been debited from my account. Why did this happen?

This usually does not happen. However, should you face such an issue, contact us on +91-9211238795 and we will help resolve the issue.

What are the different ways in which I can make a payment?

You can make an online payment via Debit or Credit card or Cash on Delivery.

Do you have a shipping charge? Is it different for locations across India?

Shipping is Free on orders above the value of Rs. 1000. Shipping Fees of Rs. 50 is charged for orders under Rs. 1000.

Do you deliver internationally?

How much time will I take to receive my order?

Your order will take anything between 7-10 working days to reach you.

What is the procedure for returns/exchange?

Can I return the product to an Organic Harvest store?

No. Unfortunately, we don’t have that option.

Can I do cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is an option for orders within India.

Are all the products exchangeable?

Yes, the products are exchangeable unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

Will I get my money back if I return a product?

If you have made a card payment, the money will be credited back into your account once you exchange the product.

The product I received was damaged. Will you replace it?

Yes, please refer to our Return and Refund page on our website.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, please make sure you create an account if you wish to place an order.

Can I place an order for someone else?

Yes, you can place an order for someone else. Do ensure that the Shipping Address synced with your account is changed and the new delivery address is made available while placing the order.
