Prizes for Winners/Gratification

T&C's for the Mega Giveaway

1. The Participation for this Mega Giveaway is for Indian Residents Only.

2. The age of the participants and the winning couple age must be above 18+ for valid participation.

3. Giveaway starts on 8th August, 2022 (4:00 PM IST) and ends on 31st August, 2022 (11:59 PM IST) 

4. This offer is valid only for organic harvest products purchased ONLY from the official website  www.organicharvest.in 

5. Only purchases made between 8th August, 2022 (4:00 PM IST) and 31st August (11:59 PM IST) would be  considered for this Giveaway.

6. Users will be eligible for this only if they have made purchases worth at least RS. 5,000 (minimum cart value) during the offer period.

7. Multiple transactions are allowed with the same mobile number and e-mail id.

8. All available Payment methods (COD/Net Banking/Debit card/Credit Card) are applicable.

9. Refund or exchange policy won’t be applicable in the month of August 2022 for all the orders made  through our official website- www.organicharvest.in

10. Users participating in this Giveaway must have a valid passport having at least 6 months validity from  proposed date of travel if selected as first winner to travel to Maldives.

11. Maldives Travel Details: 

- Dates for travel would be tentative between October 2022 and November 2022 for Maldives trip. If selected, exact stay and travel details will be notified by the brand three weeks prior to actual date of travel.

- Airline tickets in economy class and the Departure City would be from Mumbai.

- Accommodation would to be in 3/-4 star property including airport transfer from Male airport and to  Male airport, 1 meal.

- Duration – 03 Nights & 04 Days, Daily Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner. 

- The Package does not include air transfers, airport transfers to and from Mumbai and also does not  include any travel within the city.  

- All the expenses apart from airfare, hotel and airport transfers to and from Male Airport on the date of  travel shall be borne by the winner. 

12. Only 1 winner will be picked by Organic Harvest as per the highest transaction amount of the  purchases made by them from the official website www.organicharvest.in 

13. Couple Tickets and Vouchers are Non cashable/Nontransferable.

14. 15. Results will be announced on 15thSeptember 2022 via Instagram @oh_ind and Facebook  @OrgHarvestIN.

16. The winner must within 7days from the announcement date i.e., 15th September 2022,  should come forward to claim this Giveaway. The winner by claiming this Giveaway  understands the offer. Further, agrees and accepts the term and condition use such  Gratification.

17. The management reserves the right of final determination of the winners which shall be final.

18. If the customer doesn't receive the gratification, he/she must contact Organic Harvest at  info@organicharvest.in within 15 days from the winner announcement date.

19. Organic Harvest shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event,  including but not limited to any change in government laws, regulations, rules etc.

20. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Organic Harvest reserves the right  to deny the offer or cancel the booking.

21. Organic Harvest shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential  damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.

22. Organic Harvest reserves the right to change the destination of travel, dates and duration of the  travel in case of change in any government permissions or restrictions.

23. Organic Harvest shall not be liable for cancellation of the trip due to change in government laws,  regulations, rules, guidelines etc.

24. The Couple traveling shall be responsible to follow all Government laws, regulations, rules, guidelines  etc and Organic Harvest shall not be responsible for any loss or injury caused to the winner/ couple  and shall be borne by them separately.

25. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive  jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

26. User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the Organic Harvest website will apply.

27. User should be able to produce valid identity proofs at the time of winner announcement. In case of  false or fake proofs, brand reserves the right to cancel the gratification.
